6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of creative and digital services, all payments made to KORY’S WORLD INC. are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, payment will be due for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within Florida.
