Refund Policy
KORY’S WORLD INC.
Effective Date: March 6, 2026
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments made to KORY’S WORLD INC. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may or may not be refunded.
By purchasing or engaging in any services with KORY’S WORLD INC., you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy (No Refund Structure)
Due to the nature of our work—including creative services, digital development, consulting, strategy, and media production—all payments made to KORY’S WORLD INC. are non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Website design and development
• Branding and graphic design
• Marketing and advertising services
• Consulting and strategy sessions
• Photography and videography services
• Digital assets and content creation
• Technology setup and automation services
These services require time, expertise, planning, and resource allocation, which are non-recoverable once initiated.
2. Deposits & Upfront Payments
All deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable.
Deposits secure:
• Project scheduling
• Resource allocation
• Creative direction and planning
• Initial development work
Once a project is booked, those time slots are no longer available to other clients.
3. Work Completed / Partial Refunds
In limited circumstances, KORY’S WORLD INC. may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund only if no substantial work has been completed.
If a project is canceled by the client:
• The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date
• Any remaining balance may be adjusted accordingly
• No refunds will be issued for completed phases of work
4. Digital Products & Deliverables
All digital products and deliverables are non-refundable, including:
• Logos
• Designs
• Websites
• Marketing materials
• Content files
• Strategy documents
• Media files (photo/video)
Once delivered, these items are considered fulfilled services.
5. Revisions Policy (Not Refunds)
KORY’S WORLD INC. is committed to client satisfaction and may offer revisions where applicable.
• Revision limits may be defined in project agreements
• Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees
Revisions are provided in place of refunds for creative services.
6. Subscription & Monthly Services
For ongoing services (such as website management, marketing, or consulting retainers):
• Payments are billed in advance
• No refunds will be issued once the billing cycle has started
• Clients may cancel future billing with proper notice as defined in their agreement
7. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party costs are non-refundable, including:
• Website hosting (e.g., Wix)
• Domain purchases
• Software subscriptions
• Advertising spend
• Printing and production costs
These payments are made to external providers and are outside of our control.
8. Failure to Complete Project (Client Responsibility)
No refunds will be issued if a project is delayed or not completed due to:
• Lack of client communication
• Failure to provide required materials
• Missed approvals or feedback deadlines
Projects may be paused or closed after a reasonable period of inactivity.
9. Service Termination by KORY’S WORLD INC.
If KORY’S WORLD INC. terminates a project due to:
• Violation of terms
• Non-payment
• Abusive or unprofessional conduct
No refunds will be issued, and payment will be due for all work completed.
10. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting KORY’S WORLD INC. to resolve the issue.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate termination of services
• Legal action to recover funds
• Additional fees and damages
11. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this Refund Policy must be:
• Approved in writing
• Signed by both parties
• Clearly outlined in a service agreement
