THE RUN

I promise you - the thought of running is overwhelming - even more so the act of actually doing it...

 

Let's think about it...You actually have to do it and when you do it - you can't stop - well you can - but then you won't be running - you'll be walking...and or something else.

The Run shows you that you have lots of growth and even more potential if you keep goin....Most Importantly the run shows you that you are not as strong as you think you are unless you actually show up and perform.

Where am I going with this....Hold on.

This has nothing to do with getting in shape - more so the sculpting of a resilience to never stop and pushing yourself past limits that can't and won't ever be automated and or delegated-

 

The run disables all insecurities at that very moment - as facial impressions become obsolete for the sake of growth and finishing....

Now think about this...What if we never ran and or became familiar with the run - lets see...
