“Not Your Average Walmart: My Apollo Beach Experience”

Written By Jiselle Outlaw and edited by Kory Outlaw | Published :1/19/2026

When I went to Walmart in Apollo Beach, I didn’t expect it to be this fun—but it really was.

The first thing I noticed was how much space there was. I didn’t feel crowded at all, and it was easy to walk around and actually look at things without bumping into people. It felt calm, clean, and organized, which made shopping way more enjoyable.

My favorite part was the clothing section. It honestly looked really nice and high-end, like something you’d see in a big department store. The clothes were displayed neatly, and everything looked modern and stylish. It didn’t feel like a regular Walmart at all.

They also had the best Valentine’s Day stuff—lots of candy, cute bears, and fun gift ideas everywhere. I loved looking through the toy section because there were so many options, and the sports section was really cool too with tons of great finds.

What made the experience even better was the people. The service reps were super nice and helpful, and the energy in the store felt positive and happy. It felt like a place where people actually enjoy being.

Overall, my Walmart experience in Apollo Beach was amazing. It was fun, comfortable, and exciting—and definitely not what I expected in the best way.
