Ever wonder why you keep starting over...

Starting over is one of those things that know one likes to do but it's also one of those things that we must do in order to stay on track. As I write this - this is my 15th day of writing in my journal and I must say its been quite an experience.
Since iv'e been able to write in my journal each day - I have been able to really pay attention to what I am doing with my time and one of the key things I noticed is that I need structure all the time - I don't care in what capacity.I wish I didnt but then again I see what life is like without structure and accountability to some some its everything and to others its nuts!
I had a ruff weekend for sure that was totally unexpected - the car battery went dead and we were stuck catching a ride to the Sneaker Ball in which I think I totally dropped the ball on. Although we did get the support from the people we know we rarely got any support from anyone outside. I know for a fact that I could have promoted and marketed the event a little bit more. I wont cry over spoiled milk. but I do know for sure that I will keep pressing along one day at a time. About to go take the kids to school. See you soon.

Another day to make a difference in your processes.
What are You doing?
Back at work today and man it's a bit of a struggle getting back into the swing of things, today I am getting a chance to listen to calls and how it's going to help my approach to all of my calls. About to dive in now...I'll let you know how it goes.
Why are you doing it?
The call was really dope she was in total control and showed no mercy. She knew her price and she knew how she was going to deliver it to the customer.
What did you learn from it?
I keep learning that I need to pay more attention to the things that will bring me wealth and good health, I have been answering phone calls for the majority part of my entire life and today is one of those days where I tell myself that - dude - do you really need to hear someone else's call or do you need to just get even more serious then you are at what you do and are doing...

Build a Business with your cousin...

Think about that crazy shh right - building a business with your cousin seems like the dream thing to do right! You both come up with creative ideas and write them down and you both decide to go and pursue them.
The first thing you want to recognize is the fact that it's worth the long term investment.
Starting out make sure you trust each others perspectives - it's going to be the most valuable thing that you can do.
You will never always be right and you don't want to - it's childish, selfish and most importantly destructive behavior. IN closing make sure you all spend lots of time with each other too. Go run and build the business.
Protect your spouse at all cost.
I had a conversation with my supervisor today and man it was pretty refreshing to talk about marriage and the work that it requires.
I have a bias opinion about marriage and or being in any type of relationship - and that bias is a simple fact that if you want to be in your marriage and or relationship then you will find a way to make it work while also enjoying the process to growth, change and a better lifestyle.
Out of all the things that could be true as to why your marriage doesn't/didn't work - the reason I beg to differ that it "should work" is the fact that you will ultimately go through the same things in your next relationship/marriage - in some capacity and you will have to find a way to work it out and work through it unless you keep giving up and starting over every-time things get difficult.
I am starting a mens conversation around marriage and ways to make sure your marriage last. I know for a fact it'll help young guys and older guys get through to their marriage and hopefully save their marriage if they desire to keep it.
