Mental Health has to be one the most important things in life and inside of the KORY'S WORLD INC. platform. We advocate that you take care of yourself - If you do not take care of yourself - there is no way that you can take care of anything else. Below is a list of 8 things that you can practice daily to ensure that you get closer to living better, thinking better and becoming a overall better person. Remember taking care of yourself is not easy but it's worth it.

1) Eating Habits - Eat lots of fruit, stay away from bread as much as you can and if you are going to eat meat, let it be grilled chicken and or fish.

2) Drinking Habits - Drink lots of water, stay away from Soda and drinks that have a lot of sugar. I suggest not drinking alcohol at all - not even for recreation. Drinking alcohol is not worth it in the end and it takes up too much of your time.

3) Media habits - Avoid the media at all cost and or manage it by the second -entertainment, leisure, the news and everything associated with dramatizing reality. Create your own media for your foundation - even if it's for your own right. Become entertained by your own thoughts, actions and abilities - read, learn and study present and past philosophers.

4) Conversation habits - We tend to think that casual conversations are necessary and a requirement to fit in and or to make peace - when in reality - talking for no reason does more damage than good. If you are going to open your mouth to use your energy - make sure you are specific and intentional about all that you have to say and make sure who you are speaking to is worth your time.

5) Children's Habits - Love your children and show them affection and hold them accountable. Allow them room to grow and go and become their own decision maker(s) - raise your children, educate your children and make sure that it is your wisdom, knowledge and experience that guides them through life.

6) Your down time - Utilize your downtown to learn and develop at whatever it is that you cannot stop thinking about, build the muscle to make sure that even in recreation you are growing and not replacing your investments with leisure.

7) Car Rides - Depending on how much time you spend in the car - that can become a sanctuary of development. Instead of listening to music and the radio - that time can be

 replaced with meditation music and self help content that focuses on your personal development.

 

8) Exercise Habits - Exercise is one of the most important things out of all the things that made this list, the reason being - Your exercise habits will be the most accountable action that you must commit to daily.
