One the most important things when it comes to business is knowing your numbers and what numbers you are trying to hit and what access you have to the market. Be honest with yourself and all of your findings. What are you going to do to help you get closer to understanding your numbers?

Be the leader that set's the example know matter how difficult it is and or may seem. Pay attention to the 5% that's not being done and work on exercising that muscle. What are somethings that you are avoiding that will make the world of a difference in your life and in your business and or passion?
